• It can be downloaded in a zip folder containing the book as a pdf, together with the cover art and the complete text in Word 2003 format.
• A printed copy can be purchased from a print on demand service at the base price (this is the minimum price the service provider allows and means that you shall only be paying them and not me - this is a non-commercial work)

As mentioned above, the printed versions are offered at the print-on-demand service’s base price, so that you are only paying them for their service - I will not take any royalties. My reasons are two fold: firstly, I want to keep the price as low as possible for you, and secondly, if this project is to succeed I shall have to ask for your help to promote it - and I don’t feel that I can do that if I am profiting from it.

 

I have placed the book with two services, the first is Createspace, which provides an ISBN and a presence on the US Amazon bookshop. The may be the cheapest option for US customers. The second is Lulu, a well established print on demand service, though perhaps a little more expensive, it may be a little cheaper for European purchasers. Lulu has the additional advantage of offering hard cover versions.

 

Of course, you have no need to purchase the book at all, as the download is and always will be free!
